That part of the town of Westfield that is contained within the following lines and limits, that is to say, that part which is bounded Easterly & partly on Springfield & partly on Suffield Southerly on the South line of Westfield, Westerly on the town of Granville, North on the line following Viz. Beginning at a yellow oak tree marked with Stones about it Standing in Springfield line on the East Mountain so called & from there running West Seventeen degrees & thirty minutes North ?away ? the township of Westfield to a stake and Stone in the line dividing Granville and Westfield which line running from said yellow oak on the East Mountain afor ? to the stake and stones in the town dividing line between Granville & Westfield in its course strikes a number of chestnuts plants standing together with Stones about them by the County Road leading to the West of Suffield & between two Brick buildings ?? stony gutters.
